Delegates with functional and/or organisational experience that are newcomers to managerial positions within all Business sectors. Successful achievement of the programme outcomes requires delegates to have team members reporting to them. The actual work context represents an important platform for the delegates to reflect on current practice, test new leadership practices and document the results from learning experiments.
